2/11 - Heavy Bottom
Wanted to do a linear song with a back-to-basics backbones transparency to it, yet wanted it to sound modern in a way. Oh, are you familiar with "Heavy Bottom" strings gauges? wink wink.

Tuned down to B in a 7-string fashion was key to bring out that heavier & lower rhythm line. I use a mission engineering expression pedal intro Fractal Audio's Axe-FX rack unit, spent some time to adjust the 'vocality' of the wah to lead the melodies, it especially sounds good when coupled with pre-depressed tremolo notes and wide vibratos which were generously used on this one.
