3/11 - In A Venetian Cape
I was interested in the history and events of a particular italian period in the middle ages. Picture a celebratory scene inside a large sailing ship in the calm waters, night to dawn, as the big white topsails come down and embrace the winds.

The intertwining acoustic and electric parts are what made this song. Tweaked the lead tone a bit, rolled back the volume knob just enough to make the pickups responsive to the picking. I believe this is what gives it warmth as the lead guitar flow smoothly over some harmonized acoustic chords.
