6/11 - Leap of Faith
Can you feel the thrill before jumping off from Paradiso to Inferno? Will you surrender to your creed to save you or will it mercilessly abandon you? Was it worth the doubts & speculations? Close your eyes, breathe, and then embrace fate…This is one of the main pillars of truth.

I wanted an uptempo piece with heavy 'thick' riffs and vibrato on the lower strings. Dropped D combined with the eastern-themed scales served that purpose well in here. The mid-section lead and interlude rhythms clearly demonstrate that. It reflects the concept I had, it 'breathes heavily' and exhales towards the end.
The lead tone picked here is one of my favorites! It really drives the song without being too scream-y or harsh, it's just very nicely rounded and textured to fit in this audio-space nicely.
